Professional Employer Organization (PEO)

AmiHR is able to offer human resources services to their small business clients through our PEO.  Under this option, AmiHR shares the responsibility of being an employer with the clients.  Responsibilities included under these partnerships are payroll, taxes, health benefits, and worker’s compensation.  PEOs assume the responsibilities of staying in compliance with all the State and Federal regulations.  Meaning you can get back to doing what you do – your business.

Administrative Services Organization (ASO)

AmiHR administers all your employee administrative services including payroll, benefits administration, insurances, worker’s compensation policies, and provides you with full services human resources consulting.  We become your HR department.

If you have a long-term relationship with your vendors, and would like to continue working with them, this is your best option. You don’t lose your preferred vendors, and at the same time, you free up your time as we handle the day-to-day monitoring.
